I am descended from the Moughtin family on my dads mothers side and the Cowell family on my dads dads side! I have information on both the Moughtin family and Cowell Family on the IOM. Robert Moughtin is my g,g,g,g,g,g Uncle on my nannas side (I think thats right) and he married my g,g,g,g,g, Auntie Annie Cowell on my dads side. Make sense? Annie had three sisters who ended up in Australia also. Two of them Jane and Mary were sent out as convicts in 1823.
