Born Douglas IOM 1972.
Parents died when I was pretty young so my Aunty & Uncle adopted us and brought us out to New Zealand.
Dad was a Policeman in Douglas. Bob Rapley. I'm very keen to catch up with anyone who remembers my family at all.
