Now retired. Living in Perth, Western Australia.
Family connection with IOM due to (unsubstantiated) marriage of my Grandfather, Dr. Henry Watson to Johanna or Catherine Flood. Family story is that she was the daughter of a governor, Lt. Gov. Alexander Shaw, but research of Shaw family fails to find her.
I am a retired electrical engineer and technical College lecturer, interested in genealogy, restoring vintage cars, motor cycles, stationary engines, model engineering, etc.
