I am a 53 yo Paramedic and I am keenly interested in my Manx heritage.My ancestors originate from the Ballaugh area and I`ve managed to trace them back to abt1525.I was fortunate to visit the Isle in Sept 2000 and Sept 200 loved it,I hope to contact other Gawnes who have their origins in the north of IOM.
