Researching the genius, inventor, poet, explorer William Kennish: baptised Maughold 24 Feb 1799, born at Corrany Cottage, Cornaa. Died Flushing, Queens, New York, USA 16 Mar 1862.

Son of Thomas Kennish 1763-1854 and Margaret Radcliffe. I have traced his US family tree to living descendents (100+) but have nothing on IOM side of family from his brothers Peter, John, Thomas, or his sister Mary who married John cowle, sister Margaret.
