that's because the now closed chapel was called Park View now housing the playgroup (the Park being the Whitehouse on the other side of the road bought + renovated by the Diamond King in the 1890s) - the plot now occupied by the chapel was empty in 1864, there is a terrace of 3 cottages to north of the chapel + a larger cottage built I think for a daughter of the Whitehouse - possibly one of these would also acquire the obvious name
