not knowing what you are asking - there was a Barnard (maybe should have been Bernard) Swift buried in Lezayre in 1844 - North Ramsey is in the parish of Lezayre - however apart from noting that the name is decidedly non-Manx I have no further information other than he was 61 and late quartermaster in the 12th Regiment
