Hi. Richard Callin was my Great Grandfather. He married Zipporah Trayes. Their son Richard emigrated to the U. S. A. and my father Richard Gordon Winterbottom used to correspond with his cousin Emmet Callin in Frostburg, Maryland. My fathers mum was Katie Callin who moved from Foxdale, Isle of Man to Southport, Lancashire. I have a letter from Arnold to his Auntie Katie dated 1st February 1944 and sent from Iraq whilst he was serving during the war. I can scan this if anyone wants a copy.
