I don’t have any proof that this next one, Elizabeth Quine b 1796, was the daughter of Patrick Quine and Jane Caine --- but I suspect that she was.

Thomas Cowen 35 coach smith b Foreign Parts
Phillip Cowen 15 ship smith apprentice b Foreign Parts
Jane Quine 65 b Foreign Parts

note:
The surnames Cowen and Quine suggest that “Foreign Parts” in this case refer to the Isle of Man.
This house is almost next door to the household of Elizabeth Gibbons nee Quine b 1796.
Later that year, Elizabeth’s eldest daughter, Jane Gibbons b 1820, married widower Thomas Cowen, coach smith, in Liverpool.
15 yr old Phillip Cowen might or might not be the son of Thomas Cowen.
65 yr old Jane Quine is probably the widow of Patrick Quine.
