I am trying to create a timeline of the houses in Sulby village along the main road from the 1880's to 1900 and wonder where I might go to find out what was there then. I have looked at an old map of 1868 and more recent ones. The census of 1881 and 1891 are not too helpful as the addresses are not very specific. Does anyone know for instance the date Brookdale and Brookvilla were built? One was the home of Archibald Knox in the early years of 1900 so it must have been before then. Thanks in advance for any advice.
