I assume you meant William Edward was born 23 Aug 1881. Which confirm his age of 9 at the 1891 census.
I still think he is the one shown Born 23 Aug 1882 to W H Quayle and Jane Cowley, not sure how you account for two errors, but they do happen with transcription .
Maud/Maude very rare on the Isle of Man, and he had both Sister and Daughter of that name.

Janie Isabella's mother is shown as Jane Kermeen, but I note it is registered in Arbory, not Ramsey. This Jane/Janie appears to die very young at 1 yr and 10 months , buried Michael Feb 4, 1894.
