Thanks Jean , Frances Mentioned this too. If the Philip buried in Onchan dec 1841 was 85 or 89, could this fella be the same person ? I know census were usually taken April ish time so I guess it is quite possible but I'm not convinced! Because my Philip had a son Thomas bapt 1798 Onchan! I need to find Catharine Kelly/Kewley burial and Will Catharine Kelly married Philip Kewley 3 sept 1785 and together ,I think they produced 7 sons. Between 1786 and 1803 bapt Onchan but they left no trail at all and I hate not knowing any history of my Dad's family.
