The place name in Ireland has been written as though it’s a Manx “Balla” rather than an Irish “Bally”. The fifth letter is obscured by a thick black line (an enumerator’s mark added later). The last 4 letters look like “ward”.

Rebecca was 43 when she married Wm Quayle in 1826 which could be why the couple only had one child. Perhaps she was a widow --- maybe she could have been a Mullen / Mullin / Mullan ?
