Hello, I am trying to find further information on an ancestor. My 4G grandfather was Richard Waterson b abt 1819 on Isle of Man. His father was William Waterson (from marriage certificate). Richard married Mary Lea in Liverpool in 1839, and one witness was a Margaret Waterson. Richard and Mary's daughter has the middle name Halsall, so I wonder if there is also a connection to the Halsall family but cannot find one. How would I go about finding baptism records etc for Richard so that I can find more information on his parents? Thank you.
