Search for "Access to Still Birth Records - UK" Certs . are only issued to mother or father however siblings can apply if parents no longer alive

& proof can be provided that they are dead. This means I think that this only applies to siblings & later family researchers or inlaws would be

barred. If you make a copy of this info. for UK & then take to Manx registry it should be possible to do as you wish. IF NOT then it is a matter

for investigation .If still birth was at Jane Crookall Maternity Home in Douglas I believe that burials took place in the garden as there was a time

official burials were not permitted. Perhaps you could let us know how you get on. MM
