I abandoned the earlier post lists primarily because I have reorganised the storage and would have to edit each entry again. The quickest route will be to use the chronological indexes which should cover everything submitted up to the start of 2016.
I am now working through all the name index pages (only at B at the moment) and finding broken links etc. unfortunately I am finding more to fix than I anticipated.
