Hi - like you I am having problems linking up the different family members, but I believe that Patrick's parents were Patick Hutchen bapt 18 Mar 1762 and Margaret Cannell (unknown) they married at Kirk Rushen 12 May 1788 and had at least 5 children Christian, Margaret, Patrick, Henry and John. Does this ring any bells?
