Thanks, Frances. I think you must mean Langtoft Manor. We considered that last year but while it looked lovely we decided we wouldn't like the long walk back along Ballagyr Lane in the dark (and most likely, rain!) - narrow, no pavement or lighting - a real country lane. Also hoping to be a bit closer to any amenities such as shops. I thought there was a holiday flat along Peel promenade, at the swimming pool end, but can't seem to find a reference to that this time.
