If you google "De Meza Isle Of Man" you will get all the postings from this site regarding the family , including postings by a Joyce De Meza from Suriname and others that are written in what I think is the Dutch language.
There are a lot of postings over a period from 2006 to 2011.
Even if the previous Samuel David De Meza that I gave you is not yours , I am thinking that your Samuel has come from Holland and not Portugal
