Thomas Cubbon (b abt 1765) marr Margaret Watterson (b abt 1765) 13 Nov 1790 Rushen. They had several children, including 3 boys, Thomas, Patrick, Robert, who were killed by lightning in 1811 (I have copy of article in paper) whilst they were shearing sheep (I do believe) on Margaret's mother farm (my mother's notes). This farm was Custal Bells - possibly in Surby area. I'm trying to verify Margaret's parents. Were they Henry Watterson and Ann Belle Woods or Henry Watterson and ---- Nixon?? Does anyone know owner/occupier of Custal Bells at that time? Also, not sure of Thomas' parents. Any help, greatly appreciated.
