I have no way of knowing how to get information with John Moore who is a GG Grandson of Nathaniel, So if you receive this message I would love to hear from you! Nathaniel Moore is also my GG Grandfather. My Grandfather is William Robert Moore son of William and Catherine Ann Quayle Moore.. He moved to Liverpool in the late 1890s, met and Married Ellen Ann Greaves. They had three children in Liverpool and in 1898 they were converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon). 1900 they came to America where my mother, Mona Gladys was born in 1904.. Grandfather told me many stories of his life in the Isle of Man and had a great love of his Manx heritage. There is not much known about his grandfather JOHN but traditionally it is believed that he was born on the Isle of man and made his way to Ireland, married a LADY from there, hsd at least the four sons mentioned...made his way back to the Isle of Man and died there. If you will look up the marriages certificates for Arthur and his brother Robert Moore on the Isle of Man records, you will find the name of their father was JOHN. I won't take up more space, but if you feel inclined to respond to me I have more information on the family that I would be very happy to share with you. But know this..... You ARE on the right track.
