Hi Gail, had a look to see what happened to both Herbert's and Ruth's siblings and did not find a lot , only looked for males :

KILLEYS
John Edward Cubbon - could not find a marriage or death on the IOM

Thomas Homer - the same.

Stanley Bridson Gale , could not find a marriage , but he was buried 7/2/1935 in Malew

CORKILLS

Thomas Clarke no marriage or death.

Jephtha William , no marriage , buried 6/2/1919, age 24 , Douglas B C

John James , no marriage , appears to be buried 20/6/1941 age 40, Douglas B C.

Looked for the missing ones in the U.S. and Australia , but no sign of them. There are plenty of Corkills and Killeys in both places, but not your ones.

My only suggestion is to Google Manx Telecom, there are a few too many of both names, but it does give addresses and perhaps you could write to ones with the same initials , you might get lucky.
