I don't have any information at all about Ann Caine. When you said her parents were Hugh Caine and Esther Kissack, I found her in my database.
I didn't know anything about her except her christening date.

Ann and 2 sons are buried in grave # 502 NF in Braddan There is no grave monument according to my information. The different spellings are from the burial records.

Frances doesn't think my lineage is correct starting with the parents of Hugh Cain(e) Sr b 1793-95. He & Esther Kissack Cain(e) are buried in grave #1120.
I don't find Hugh and/or Ann Kelly Cain(e) after 1881 census.

There is an erroneous lineage on ancestry.com that says Hugh Sr was s/o Thomas Cain(e) & Isabel Kelly--this Hugh was b in 1801 md Margaret Shimin in 1828 and lived primarily in German parish.

Hopefully, others who are on IOM or other Cain(e) researchers can tell you more about Ann. I wish I had more information for you. I'm not related to any of the Cain(e) lines but have been interested in trying to untangle the various lines.
