Irish Manx Fencibles 1779-1783

Anyone found any Irish ancestors who were recruited into the Isle of Man defence force called the Manx Fencibles? This incarnation of the Manx Fencibles only served on the island and was disbanded in 1783. A later force with a similar name served in Ulster around the time of the rebellion I'm not researching them. My ancestor James Galvin or Gallivan was recorded as a private in the battalion of Manx Fencibles on his 1782 marriage record. He doesn't appear to have been born on the island and his surname indicates he was probably Irish. He married Elizabeth Karran on the island had one daughter and died in 1791. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any Irishmen recruited into the Manx Fencibles or discovered Irish ancestors who were recruited c1779-1783?
