One day I would like to visit Maughold Parish so identifying locations associated with the Looney family would be beneficial and interesting. Maybe you can answer this question for me and many others who would be interested in knowing. Is this a present day image of the Hibernian Inn? Google street view shows the image to be taken in April 2010. I obtained this photo using Google maps street view and I did a print screen to capture the image. You can't read it in this view, but the little white sign on the gate says, The Hibernian. Access to this building also appears to be exactly as you have described.
