My great, great grandfather's, Joseph Boyd, death certificate states his father's name was David Boyd, born Isle of Man. Joseph Boyd was born 1832 in Canada. Assuming the information regarding his father is correct I would guesstimate that his father, David Boyd, was born around 1810 +/- 5 years. That is all the information I have concerning David Boyd.
