The IOMFHS committee weren't referring to single queries on the board being answered, such as your one, but to the growing number of people repeatedly asking for the details of numerous entries, as they were doing a few years ago. They therefore asked that users of the board not specifically offer look-ups from their publications. As Mary wrote, members can email the FHS library where the volunteers are always very helpful.
