I am trying to find the birth record / family record of my great grandfather, John Walter Crowe who was born in Malew in 1863/4. In the 1881 census he was living in Onchan parish as an 18 year old lodger. This census gives his birthplace as Malew, Isle of Man. Unfortunately, I cannot find any details of his birth or family. I would be most grateful for any information as to where to I should look. I will be visiting the Island in May so can hopefully, look up any leads then. Thank you.
