E K KK German. So will have to have a rethink about him tomorrow! Will look for daughter Ann, who married Thomas Clague in 1828 under Christian name Elinor. Her mother lists 3 children of Thomas Kewley as Elinor, Jane and John....not Ann. Although in house deeds she is called Ann Clague.
