I managed to speak to the gravedigger today and he tells me that William Kewley is in section 2 at Braddan whereas the Sinclair grave was in section 1.
He was also able to tell me that Wm was buried with 3 others all interred within a month of each other which led him to believe they were from House of Industry or Ballamona or pauper.
At least I now know where William ended his days and it is another loose end tied up.
