Grave at Braddan

Billy the Navvy seems to have been buried in grave 972
The age given is not correct but the dates all tie in with his inquest and burial 30 April and 1 May 1890.

But I have a problem !!!!
Having looked at the grave diggers book showing who was buried in which grave- I found grave 972 was bought by John Sinclair in 1910 [20 yrs after Billy was buried there] BUT Hannah Sinclair had been buried there in 1885 [or 6]. I don't understand how the grave could have been bought 25 years after an she had been buried - nor do I understand how Billy Kewley was buried in a grave owned by someone else.

Another query was what O or N or NF or NA next to the grave no represent on the IOMFHS burial lists for Braddan. Billy's grave is 972 N.

Any help would be appreciated.
If Billy had no family would he be treated as a pauper and just put in any old grave ??
