Hello Frances, I am sending you what I have done so far on Lonan Land Records, not completed - up to the start of 1739

Rausse 24s 8d Margt Moor & Wm Corrin her husband 12s 4d John Killip schoolmaster 5s 5d James Scarff 5s 1d
Mr Math : Curghey Curate 12d The said Margt Moor als Corrin who was Heiress being dead the Right of the above 12s 4d rent fell to John Christian of Peeltown her nephew accordin by course of Heirship – according to the Law & Custom of this Isle ; And he the said John Christian having Sold the same to the said Mr Matthias Curghey by Bill dated the the 3rd May 1726 lawfully confirmed by the officers. He the said Math Curghey hath since Sold 5s 5d rent of the said rent to Unto the above John Killip and 5s 1d unto said James Scarff, by Bill of Saile dated the 4th May 1726 also lawfully confirmed by the Court, and the Setting Quest having this proporconed the said rent upon each party according to their respective proportions of the Land; They are agreeably Entered for the same by vertue of their purchases as above menconed and Expressed and so to come forth in Charges for the future fine by John Christian is 5s 4d fine by Math Curghey 5s 3d fine by John Killip is 2s 4½d & fine by James Scarff is 2s 1½d

Intacks 6d Wm Corrin & Margt his wife John Killip & James Scarff Entered as before : Mr Math Curghey aforesd having reserved – none of the Intacks to himself fine included above

1732 All Colby 30s 8d Nicho Kelly & Margt Kermode 30s 8d Thomas Killey 25s 4d The said Thomas Killey is Entered for the above 25s 4d rent by vertue of severall Bills of Sale from the sd Nicholas Kelly & his wife , and dates the 17th Decr 1728 & the other the 28th July 1729 both lawfully confirmed by the Court fine 9s 9½d
