if you have an O/S map try SC277793 or if you can find Foxdale village with road to Castletown running south then back up north to Lower Foxdale where a road comes off headin NW just before Lower Foxdale - one farm marked Ballanass is just south off this road about 200m after junction + another Ballanass about 500m further on just north of the T junction terminating the road ie on west side of Foxdale but about 1.5km north of Foxdale village
