The said John Skillicorne was Entered for half of this Estate only vertue of a Bill of Mortgage now redeemed as the quest avouch. And the said John ffargher his son Senr. being dead as also Phill ffargher his son who succeeded him in this Estate being both dead. The said John ffargher Junr is Entered as Right Heir according to Law fine is 10s and fine by Phill ffargher is 10s being not enter’d as before.
