I dont have that will (it's on my list of wanted items - back in Musem I hope middle next week) but there is a deed of settlement of 1790 from John Corkill(gardiner, formerly of the Lough house but now Douglas) and son-in-law Andrew Croughan(h/o Margaret als Corkill) by wch John transfers property lately bought from Thos Cannel + on sandside of Douglas to Andrew and his son-in-law to maintain John Corkill - the deed of sale is likely to be SSS May 1790 73 (but I havn't quite reached that year yet (only complete photo collection up to 1785 + various sample years upto 1847
