It was def John Garrett in the index but I did wonder as I had a William Garrett married to an Ann Kneale on 24 July 1781, but then thought maybe a different Ann Kneale.Ran out of time so didn't look at original doc.Ann Garrett als Kneale died 25 May 1789 .I have her will Intestate. The court having received intelligence thereof Decreed her two children William and Catherine Garrett joint administrators of all and singular her goods, chattels and effects. Both being under age their father William Garret is thereupon sworn their guardian and supervisor. pledges Andrew Craine of the town of Ramsey and Mathias Caley of parish of Lez. Wm Lord and Wm Kneale uncles of the adminors by the intestate are sworn guardians. Follows five pages of inventory. I don't understand the date of Oct 1786. They married 1781 and Ann died 1789. Would you have any idea of DOB of William Garrett son of John Garrett and Elizabeth Gill?
