I'm responding to Frances's message here, because the thread between her and Pauline ["Parents of Wm, Joney & Thomas Garrett"] has disappeared off the side of my (old) computer screen, and is close to doing so on my new wide one.
Can I request that people start new threads - with a new subject heading - or answer an earlier message at the top when a thread becomes far too long?

I had an update at the end of Feb. saying that they "are working on transferring the current site content over to the new version of the build but, due to the nature of the current content and the sheer volume this is a time consuming process". They earlier sent a demo of the site including the forum software they will be using, and wrote "on the new board there is full administrator login access which gives you the ability to delete, remove and edit users & topics".

Pauline, I have found them responsive to removing items when asked during the week (e.g. the recent spam was removed the same day as my request). I'll ask them to remove your message with pdf and hope that it will be done tomorrow.
