I have been looking at Brian Lawson's lists of wills & what I thought was Bridget shows as Bahee! What a strange name. Also I can only find one entry for a surname I have just found in my ancestors - Mcylecharane. Also appears as McYlecharane/ Mcylecaraine. I see in the burial lists there are a few in the Lezayre area with this surname. This is the first time I've found ancestors further north than Patrick/Peel/ Braddan as the majority are from the south & this name is completely different to my Kellys, Kinvigs and Wattersons. A whole new area has appeared for me. Interested in a K/Catherine Mcylecharane (1694 - 1742) as I have her will when she was md to John Cowley (1690 - 1732) & I think she was d/o John Mc /Margaret Kinread but that is only a guess. Anyone more knowledgeable on finding wills for this surname would be a help. Thanks.
