The deeds can be order from Manx Museum - the ref is that quoted on the iMusem index (wch is what I presume you have) - however they are not cheap and many deeds in this period are very long - I suggest contact them and get an estimate - the deeds are to be digitised but no plans to place these on line in near future that I'm aware of.

For pre 1847 deeds I now have a complete index on the CD (there are some 23,000) with maybe some 5,000+ summarised tho preference was given to the earlier 18th C deeds - there is another sequence called Castletown deeds (10,000) which comprise sales, mortgages + bond + security (for loans) which are the majority - an index to these and the 20,000 seperate mortgages is under construction but wont be done for some time tho pre 1750 morts complete for most if not all parishes
