I suggested Robt s/o Robt Kelly + cath Corris who were also at or near smelthouse in Derbyhaven in 1841 - ages fit reasonably well but v unlikely any left a will as Cath was on parish relief as a widow.
Robt + Judith married before it was compulsory to name father's in marr reg + Robt Kelly is a common name thus all I can suggest is a tedious method of eliminating all other Robt Kellys in hope that balance of probabilities points towards one
