My point in mentioning the L-5 family line was only to show that it matches closely with a whole bunch of the Robert Looney of America descendants.

This one DNA match [L-5] that traces back to Maughold Parish would seem to indicate that the Maughold Looney family is most definitely related to the Looney family of Malew Parish.

Earlier you posted the names and birth dates for Robert Looney of Malew and his siblings. You didn't say where you obtained those dates.

If they came from Frances MNB CD, I am in the process of purchasing a copy.
