please can anyone tell me where to apply to if i wanted to ask if my father was left in the poor house 1921 after his mother gave birth, i have a record of in 1927 where Mrs Crennell applied for Gaurdian payment which was allowed [ record saying his mother catherine cain went to Australia but its left me wondering what happpened to him from Dec1921 to April 1927, Thank you
