the sale was by John Quirk to M H Quayle - SSS May 1797 53 - but the whole sorry tale of mortgages etc recounted in SSS Oct 1793 43

Not sure who it was passed by M H Quayle who d 1804 but had posthumous child Mark so possibly in that line - they would have rented it out so anyone in 1841 was probably a tenant farmer
