Hi Kay , are you talking about the Isle of Man ? Checking Brian Lawson's site with IOM census index , neither name appears 1841-1901 , closest is Rothe or Rolfe in 1891/1901. Appears name Roff ( but no Roaffe) is English with many births 1837-1900 , but only Kathleen is in 1882 with second name Louise. There are a few in Ireland.
Is it Kathleen's maiden or married name ? And when ?
