the Cain/Cannell fam is the one of glan-e-gaij - Wm d 1724 - John their eldest son is entered for lands in 1732 (presumeably as he came of age) - one entry has note entered as before Fine included in Largabreck & other 12d of [?glion..] Reservering the widows right for natural ? life - thus would appear wife had not remarried - I wonder if she is the widow Mary Cannell als Caine bur in Michael in 1762 (so long after husb's death that known by maiden name ? - I have no other match for her - there is a will of a Mary Cannell als Caine in same year but in Malew which I havn't seen
