Same problem here (in Canada). Tried a few different browsers, get the same error message when searching, as shown below. I'm using a Mac but that shouldn't be an issue.

"Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /genealogy/messageboard/manx_archive_2.pl could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Hopefully someone may be able to shed some light on this issue.
