Royal Manx Feniclbles; Description books

Dear Ms. Coakley,
As always your works , MANX NOTEBOOK are beyond words, in searching the CORLETT SIDE, I researched on the NOTEBOOK, ROYAL MANX FENCIBLES; DESCRIPTION BOOKS- MAJOR TAUBMAN'S COMPANY 1793-1798 and of course there were CAIN'S there as others. The thread that was started by Lisa, "WHAT DO THE ISLE OF MAN PEPOLE LOOK LIKE?' well here as as good as place as any to look. The MILITARY data you give , gives THE NAME, RANK, DATE OF ATTESTATION, AGE, SIZE/DESCRIPTION, HAIR COLOR, EYE COLOR, WHERE BORN, TRADE OR CALLING, REMARKS. It is an absolutely gold mine of data of military history of any ancesors that served under MAJOR TAUBMANS' COMPANY.

There is so much to gleen and you can really find relatives in so many different fieldsof research. Ancestors that served in the military is really a ticket to many other doors,so I commend again your labours. We may not always agree on matters of ancestry lines, but one thing is that all works for the ISLE OF MAN, history, and research and transcrbing PARISH RECORDS. WILLS, RRIAGES DEATHS LAND RECORDS, AND ON, ON AND ON, STORIES, POETRY, EVERY TOPIC IMAGINABLE,should be honored, plus free will service on the board for look- ups , we never appreciate something of this magnitude until it is gone. So gleen, for one day this very web site, may be a paid website, which then many will wish they taken the time to study, and I mean study the MANX NOTEBOOK, gain data, enjoy the history, I still cannot fanthom one person doing so much, think we should all commend MS. COAKLEY IN HER ALL WONDERFUL WORKS FOR THE MANX PEOPLE.

Kindly yours,

Mrs. Rosa
