I wonder if anyone recalls an S E Dawson running Ballafesson Store in the 1960s. It seems very likely that this was Sydney Edward.

These look like the burials for Edith Mona and Percy Edward's parents who may possibly have lived most of their lives on the IOM, with the stay in Liverpool in the early 1900s being fairly brief.

Edith Mary Dawson alias Cubbon b circa 1880, mother of Edith Mona and Sydney Edward, is a mystery. I can't find any likely entries in the 1881 or 1891 censuses.
