I've now downloaded all pages so don't need password (suggest you don't give this away in case of problems but delete site once the paid for period is almost over) - 'cleaned' up 1st page (as an experiment) the tabular data occupies 9% of the original page - thus with a little more reformatting (tho won't look as pretty or colourful) will fit into an acceptable page for Manx notebook online version so if you could please send me a confirmatory email to my Manxnotebook site confirming that you place it in public domain (you can of course let others also have it as I don't claim copyright over data but merely any reformatting or restyleing I do) I will over next few days put on MNB with a ref to your original authorship
