COLLISTER, thomas

Thomas Collister died at the Brig Lily disaster. He was married to Catherine Quark. Their marr. cert stated that he was a widower at marr. 1851 census for Cregneash: he was 36 (died 1852). Catherina was a did and 46 in 1861, Shore St., Port St. Mary; 1841 cents. Cath 26, Cath 2, Ann 7 mo. Thomas was nicknamed "Dhullen" I believe (Manx for Donald - why? I don't know; maybe ancestors had that name). He operated cargo ships w/2 bros. trading between England and IOM.
Thomas/Catherine (Ballanahowe? - parents: John Quark, b. 25 Apr 1790, Shenvalley, weaver (par: William Quark & Catherine Kinley?) ; and Catherine Watterson, b. 4 Feb 1792 (par. Thomas Watterson & Catherine Kermode). Can you help tracing Thomas Collister's birth? Who was he married to previously? Did he have children w/that person? Can anyone verify parents as JOHN COLLISTER (Ballachurry) & ISABEL QUALTROUGH?
